A little anecdote about naming

About 200 years before Christ lived one of the greatest mathematicians, physicists and engineers in history, Archimedes of Syracuse. He was always experimenting to prove theories and thus discovered physical laws as well as mathematical formulas, which are indispensable in today's natural sciences. One day Archimedes was to prove whether the crown of King Hieron was made of pure gold or not, without destroying it. According to the legend,Archimedes is said to have been lying in the bathtub when he "found" the solution. For joy, he jumped out of the tub, ran home naked and shouted "ᵋᶹᵖᵑᵏᵅ" "eureka" = I have found it!

Archimedes had understood the theory through a practical example, he could understand, prove and explain it.

This experience of joy and knowledge should be felt by the students in the Academy. Through practical examples, authentic situations and action-oriented tasks, learners should discover, understand and specifically use the German language. They should get an aha-experience and see everything clearly and perhaps, like Archimedes, shout "Eureka" for joy.
